About
Meet Hope (A.K.A. Tamara)
I believe in and am wholeheartedly committed to a healthy, thriving world in which humans live in harmony with themselves, each other and nature. Weaving together my personal experience and trainings, collected over a lifetime of adventures and misadventures, I use my gifts to help people, individually and in community, find their way back to a sense of wholeness, joy, and health through creative self-expression.
Personally, I do my best to keep my integrity; to live a life of my choosing, while doing as little harm as possible; to allow love to flow through me as steadily and consistently as I am able; to grow and evolve as purposefully and consciously as I can; to be as conscious as I can be about what I am co-creating with this precious life; and to master the art of loving by being willing to address my own dysfunctional patterns and developing the skills needed to love beautifully.
Professionally, I am a licensed educator, which I applied largely to literacy tutoring, homeschooling my sons and running an art, nature and peace-based community homeschool collective. I have been certified in Eco-Art Therapy and am a practicing licensed Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, which includes a Clinical Hypnotherapist Certification. In my personal healing adventure, I have worked with Jon Young, Thea Elijah, Marisa Peer, and Gabor Mate, studying Compassionate Inquiry. I have studied Restorative/Peace/Healing Circle facilitation, as well as Waldorf Education Foundational Principles and designed and facilitated a series of nature based peacemaking workshops, focusing largely on cultivating peaceful, healthy relationships with and between children.
I look forward to joining and supporting you on your creative healing adventure.
